I called in the morning and plumber attended the same afternoon. He arrived a few minutes early. He was polite and informed me of what he was going to do and how much it would before he started the work. He was professional and tidy and the price I was charged for the works carried out I think was fair. This was second time I have used this company and would recommend them to friends and family.
